Due to the development and continued growth of the firm’s Credit Hire department, it is now seeking to appoint a Credit Hire Litigation Executive/Solicitor. You will have full conduct of your own litigated caseload, dealing with both fast and multi-track cases. Key Responsibilities: • Managing a caseload of credit hire and vehicle damage matters. • Conducting litigation proceedings and representing clients in court. • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings and witness statements. • Conducting legal research and staying updated on relevant laws and regulations. • Negotiating settlements and liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders. • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
