Operations / Call Centre Manager
This is an exciting new opportunity for a full-time Operations / Call Centre Manager to join a well-established company based in Colchester on a permanent basis. This is a fully-office based role, working Monday to Friday 9am-6pm with a 1-hour lunch.
Duties will include but not be limited to:
1. Supporting and driving the sales team, ensuring the achievement of KPI's, targets, and objectives are met.
2. Managing the daily operations and performance of the business.
3. Planning and contributing to projects to identify and enhance effective business procedures.
4. Liaising with the Director and key stakeholders on transformational change for the business.
5. Implementing strategic goals and covering for the Director when required.
Experience required:
1. Proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager or similar leadership role in a customer service environment.
2. Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on coaching and staff development.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Ability to produce, analyse and interpret performance data in line with KPI's and service metrics.
5. Experience in budget management and cost optimisation.
To be successful for this position, you must have proven experience as a Contact Centre Manager or in a leadership management role in a customer service environment. You must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ensuring high-quality service and efficiency.
