PA / Secretary – Exciting Opportunity at a Hyper-Growth Property Consultancy

Role Overview:
As a PA / Secretary, you will be a key support figure to the directors, assisting with a wide range of administrative tasks to keep the business running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include diary management, meeting coordination, preparation of documents, dictation, and administrative support. You will also have exposure to accounts and help manage invoicing and other financial processes. This is an exciting, varied role with plenty of opportunities to grow within a dynamic start-up environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-level administrative support to the directors, including managing their diaries and scheduling meetings.
Prepare and format documents, reports, and presentations.
Take dictation and assist with correspondence.
Manage communications, including phone calls and emails, on behalf of the directors.
Support the accounts team with invoicing, processing payments, and assisting with other financial administrative tasks.
Handle travel arrangements and bookings.
Organise meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action points.
Assist with general office management and ad hoc tasks as required. Key Skills and Attributes:
Proven experience as a PA, secretary, or in a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Exposure to basic accounting tasks or a willingness to learn.
