You will assist the Chief HR Officer (CHRO) and support our three corporate entities, gaining invaluable insight into the inner workings of our organisation.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSecretarial Duties:\n\nSchedule Board meetings, avoiding clashes with events and public holidays.\nLiaise with external hosts and confirm catering arrangements.\nFollow up with Board members regarding expenses and per Diem payments.\nEnsure timely communication and confirmation of filings with managing agents. \n\nAdministrative Duties:\n\nCollaborate with the admin team on invoicing systems (Dune) and client inquiries.\nParticipate in weekly internal meetings to address client issues and work allocations.\nTake ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring accuracy and quality in correspondence with clients. \n\nIT Support:\n\nAssist the CHRO with hardware and software issues, ensuring meeting room tech is operational.\nShow a willingness to learn and develop IT problem-solving skills.
\n\nAccounting Support:\n\nReconcile bank accounts and prepare documentation for the UK accountant monthly.\nAssist in collating documents for expenses and intercompany transfers. \n\nWhat You Bring:\n\nSignificant experience in a corporate environment.\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.\nStrong time management abilities and a proactive mindset.\nIntermediate proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.\nA keen eye for detail and a willingness to learn and grow. \n\nGeneral Expectations:\n\nFlexibility and readiness to handle ad hoc projects.\nCommitment to accuracy and good record-keeping.\nA collaborative spirit, willing to assist colleagues during busy periods.
