Position: Telesales Executive
Salary: £24,000 to £25,000 plus commission
Location: Eastbourne
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm

Your responsibilities in the Telesales role will include:
1. Drive Sales Growth: Target and develop sales from new Customers.
2. Win New Business: Secure new Customers using cold calling, social media, and other innovative methods.
3. Customer Relationships: Manage a call cycle for potential Customers, building strong rapport and identifying opportunities for growth.
4. Data-Driven Strategy: Use data analysis to highlight opportunities and identify lost business.
5. Team Collaboration: Generate sales appointments for Account Managers.
Your experience and skills for the Telesales role will be:
1. Sales Experience: Minimum two years in a similar role, ideally B2B, with a proven track record of achieving targets.
2. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM/ERP systems.
3. Strong Communicator: Confident and polite on the phone with excellent negotiation skills.
4. Self-Motivated: Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and deliver results.
