Service Desk Manager
I'm currently working with a global industry leader who is seeking a Service Desk Manager to be in control of the day-to-day operations of the Service Desk within their organization.
You will play a key role in managing and developing the team at the forefront of a major implementation for the Service Management function. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys influencing and implementing effective process changes!
Responsibilities:
1. Have experience managing and leading engineering teams.
2. Build a strong in-house service desk function.
3. Be a strong communicator both internally and externally facing.
Details:
Salary: up to £50,000
3x per month in HQ (Midlands)
