Job title: Stock & Replenishment Administrator
Job Location: Bungay
About the role -
1. Effective ordering of stock items via our in-house system
2. Expediting orders – ensuring our suppliers stick to their quoted delivery dates. Communication with suppliers by phone or email to keep our records up to date.
3. Responding to client enquiries and requests
4. Being initial and key point of contact for the customer
5. Establishing relationships with suppliers and customers
6. Negotiating prices and delivery schedules with suppliers
7. Supporting the Customer Operations Manager and Supervisor with sourcing activities
Experience/ skills required
8. Strong written and verbal communication skills
9. Positive 'can-do' attitude
10. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
11. Administrative Skills - Confident and able to work with Microsoft packages such as outlook and excel
12. Knowledge of a similar industry is preferable but not essential
Hours of work –
Mon - Fri: 8.00am - 17.00pm
Weekly Hours: 40
Breaks: 60 mins
