Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (4 days a week in the office and 1 day working from home)

Key Responsibilities
* Provide HR administrative support, including maintaining employee records, processing data, and ensuring accurate documentation.
* Monitor and manage the shared, centralised HR inbox, ensuring queries are responded to promptly and escalated where necessary.
* Act as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and escalating issues when needed.
* Take a proactive approach to HR tasks, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficient HR operations.
Requirements
* Some previous experience in an HR administrative role or similar position.
* Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels.
* Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
* A proactive and solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
