This role involves supporting the team in alignment with our values and acting as the go-to person in the absence of the Store Manager. The ideal candidate will be a role model for the team, maintaining composure under pressure and prioritizing product knowledge and store standards. Key Responsibilities Support the store management team in all aspects of running the store, including opening and closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and well-presented store. Demonstrate a positive attitude and commitment to product knowledge. Create amazing customer experiences through authentic customer service. Achieve sales goals and performance metrics, driving the store’s success with local marketing efforts. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager. Maintain compliance with company policies, including health and safety regulations and inventory management. Manage stock effectively and execute visual merchandising guidelines to meet store KPIs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required Demonstrated retail sales success. Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential. Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment. Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for our brands and brand lifestyles.
