What You’ll Be Doing:
* Mentoring with Purpose: You’ll be a mentor that young people want to talk to, offering guidance and showing them that there’s always hope.
* Creating Vibes: Build a vibe that makes home feel like a safe space for young people to recharge and gain confidence.
* Cooking Up More Than Just Meals: Prepare food while creating moments and teaching vital skills.
* Guiding with Routine & Structure: Help establish routines that make the home feel safe and welcoming.
* Championing Independence: Empower young people by guiding them through everyday tasks.
* Leading the Charge on Safeguarding: Ensure young people are protected with clear risk assessments and safety plans.
* Problem Solving Like a Pro: Think outside the box to come up with solutions for challenges.
* Creating a Safe & Clean Space: Maintain cleanliness and teach young people to do the same.

* Street-Smart Mentor: Experience with youth justice, gang life, and mental health.
* Energetic & Resilient: Ready to take on challenges.
* Great Communicator: Connect with young people and professionals clearly and respectfully.

* Chef & Mentor in One: Use cooking to connect and teach life skills.

* Experience with Young People: Ideally, experience working with young people from challenging backgrounds.
