We're looking for a Director of Operations who has:
Extensive experience in senior leadership within housing operations
Strong understanding of housing legislation, regulations, and best practices
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams and budgets
Ability to develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business goals

As Director of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing housing services, asset management, and community development. Your key responsibilities will include:
Progress, monitor, and deliver objectives related to tenant experience, growth, and decarbonisation
Oversee housing, rent recovery, supported housing, and asset management services
Drive improvements in operational KPIs and ensure excellent customer service
Report to the Chief Executive and Board on performance and strategy
Ensure compliance with legislation and regulations while fostering innovation in service delivery
Promote inclusive tenant engagement and excellent service delivery
Develop housing and rent recovery services to minimise rental income loss
Improve tenant engagement and support social and economic growth in the community
Act as Lead Safeguarding Officer to protect at-risk groups
Lead planning and monitoring of voids, repairs, and planned works
Ensure compliance with Welsh Government standards and regulatory requirements
Oversee new housing developments and drive decarbonisation efforts
Manage budgets and resources efficiently, ensuring value for money for tenants
