We are seeking an experienced and skilled Sous Chef to join our Hospitality team at Sanders Senior Living. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in delivering high-quality food services to our residents.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Support the Head Chef in menu planning and preparation.
* Oversee food preparation and presentation to maintain high quality standards.
* Manage inventory levels and ordering to minimize waste and optimize costs.
* Work collaboratively with the catering team to deliver exceptional service.
**Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* At least 2 years' experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent position.
* Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* A passion for delivering high-quality food services.
