About the Role As a Client Services Administrator, you’ll be the first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, providing prompt and professional support to enhance the client experience. Working closely with Account Managers and Contract Managers, you’ll ensure client communication is seamless and processes run smoothly. This hybrid role offers a balance of in-office collaboration (three days per week) and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Front-Line Telephony Support: Respond promptly and accurately to enquiries, escalating issues when necessary to ensure efficient resolution. System Management: Keep the Dynamics system up to date, ensuring data is accurate and aligned with operational standards. Inbox Management: Collaborate with colleagues to manage the system inbox, allocating tasks efficiently to maintain workflow effectiveness. Project Support: Take ownership of allocated projects, ensuring successful delivery while maintaining high standards. Client Portals: Regularly update portals with essential links and documents, monitor activity, and track client interactions. Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate high-level complaints to Account Managers, ensuring prompt and effective resolutions. What We’re Looking For Skills and Experience: Proven ability to manage client relationships and provide excellent service. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Power BI, and MS Teams.
