We are working with a FTSE 50 Global client on their Program which is an accelerator to achieve the vision of their IT Shared Service Centre. The new Business Transformation Service for global IT will grow to be the global technology partner for Group businesses, by embracing innovation and collaboration to provide efficient technology services. The Program is underway and we need a Change Lead to 'get the accelerator piece' over the line, hence the contract being three months with the option to extend. We need an experienced Change Lead to undertake and have the following: Business Change and Comms Manage the full suite of Organisational Change Management experience (stakeholder analysis, Change Impact Assessments, change mitigation planning and execution) Effective stakeholder communication using a variety of tools (PowerPoint, SharePoint, Sway etc.) and channels. Recent experience of documenting IT Operating Model, incl. Cyber Security (i.e. the ability to instill some of the latest thinking around best practice IT Operating Models) Beneficial: Experience in process frameworks like APQC. Plan, facilitate, execute business change activities, including Stakeholder communications as well as the change mitigation plan. This might include collaborating with the change agents in the various Group businesses. Facilitate workshops Document IT Operating Model Act independently under the guidance of the Programme Director Strategic input will come from the Director of Business Technology Services and his Senior Leadership Team Act under the guidance of the Head of Strategic Planning & Operational Excellence. The contract is a three month engagement with the opportunity to extend. the role attracts a day rate of £600 Outside IR35. The role is hybrid, with 1-2 days per week working from the Peterborough office (only when required) and the remainder remote working. The start date is immediate.
