Job Description
* Supporting the buying team in day-to-day administrative tasks
* You, the Buying Admin Assistant, will assist in the management of product orders and deliveries
* Helping to maintain an accurate and up-to-date product database
* Conducting market research to aid in buying decisions
* Assisting in the preparation of reports and presentations
* Communicating with suppliers and internal teams
* Ensuring all purchasing documents and records are correctly filed
* Contributing to the overall efficiency of the retail department
The Successful Applicant
* A good standard of education, preferably with a focus on business or retail
* Strong administrative and organisational skills
* A keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to work
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
* An interest in the retail industry and a desire to learn
