Role Description: This is a fixed term 12 month on-site role for a Site Manager at HJ Collection in Cobham. The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of 2 Projects, one in Cobham and one in Weybridge, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with multiple developers and stakeholders. You’ll be working with our trade site supervisors.
Qualifications:
1. Project Management, Construction Management, and Property Development skills.
2. Knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance for property development projects.
3. Excellent organizational and communication skills.
4. Ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
5. Experience in managing construction or development projects.
6. Programme driven individual.
7. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
8. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
9. SMSTS required.
10. FIRST Aid at Work required.
11. CSCS card required.
