Our client is an established yet flourishing energy consultancy with a 6-figure annual turnover. Their Head Office is based in Watford and they are looking for Field Based Business Development Managers and Field Salespeople nationally.
Their core business is to provide end-to-end solutions across business energy packages and energy saving, offering complete account management for customers looking to improve efficiency and reduce running costs within their organization.

Continued business growth and diversification has identified a need to develop their field-based sales and business development activities and as such are seeking goal-oriented, determined, and driven field sales professionals to join their team.
You:
You will be experienced in the energy sector and ideally have a sales pipeline and “little black book” of contacts to develop a new business pipeline commencing with proactive outbound calls/visits. The ability to create, build, and maintain relationships is essential, as is influencing decision-makers and negotiating to close.
You must possess strong negotiation and influencing skills and understand the importance of accurately developing and maintaining customer records. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, and you should be driven by nature and motivated to succeed.
