About The Role We are currently looking to expand our Sales team and are recruiting for a Regional Enquiry Consultant to join the team in our Southern region. The purpose of the Regional Enquiry Consultant is to be an integral part of the regional sales team to work on Lead Cultivation and Enquiries within the region. Key Responsibilities and Duties We are looking for experienced Sales Consultants who are competent CRM users of systems such as Salesforce, Hubspot or Microsoft Dynamics to drive this role within our sales team. The aim is to cultivate and enrich the database for the Region as a whole. This will increase the qualifying process on existing enquiries and enhance the quality of leads passed to the on-site Sales team to close the sale. You will be responsible for making appointments or arranging call-backs for the on-Site Sales Team to allow them to concentrate on converting these qualified leads into sales or future sales. You will offer Regional support to targeted sites and specific plots as deemed necessary by the Management team. You will liaise with the Regional Sales & Marketing Director along with the Sales Managers to establish the needs and requirements of the Region and where your focus should be for that week/month. The Group Sales Systems Manager will work with you and show you how to delve into our Salesforce CRM to identify gaps and areas to improve the qualification of the leads that you are dealing with. Together with them, you will look at things that worked well, have not worked well and to shape a template that ultimately can be rolled out throughout the business. Weekend working and flexibility is a requirement, as is a full driving licence with access to a vehicle. About You The ideal candidate should have: Experienced sales consultant High level of proficiency in various computer packages including CRM systems i.e Salesforce to understand and utilise its capabilities Excellent written, verbal and listening skills to engage and understand customers requirements without a direct hard sell approach Ability to think on your feet, provide solutions and overcome objections Ability to develop a broad knowledge of all the sites within your region and availability Ability to cross sell with your region if appropriate and maximise lead quality Reliable and flexible Excellent planning and organising skills Self-motivated and pro-active Attention to detail Effective at building relationships Portrayal of a positive image of self and Cala at all times We recognise that a diverse team makes us a stronger and more successful company.
