This role offers hybrid working with 3 days working in the office, 2 days working from home.In this role, as Payroll Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that the Company’s weekly and monthly payrolls are managed and processed accurately and on time.Duties will include:End to end processing and managing of high-volume payroll (both weekly and monthly)Processing starters, leavers and payroll changesProduction of payslipsDealing with queries & internal/ external stakeholders relating to payroll activitiesAdministering SMP, SPP and SAPAdministering Court Orders & Student loansManual calculationsSending out of P45’s, P60’s, pension lettersFiling for HMRCTo be successful in this role as Payroll Administrator you will demonstrate the following:Previous experience working in a busy payroll environment processing payroll for around 700 to 1000 employeesExperience processing high volume payrollKnowledge of current legislation around NI rates, Statutory payments etcExperience of a Computerised Payroll systemAttention to detail, be meticulous and accurateExcellent numerical, written and communication skillsGood knowledge of MS Office, particularly Word & ExcelHigh integrity and respecting data confidentialityThis presents a great opportunity for experienced candidates to join a large company.
