Produce market presentations and negotiate terms with insurers. Check insurer documentation for accuracy and provide to customers within timescales. Assist with customer queries and liaise with insurers regarding potential changes and new terms for policies. Ensure all account administration is taken care of, including confirming cover with insurers, processing policies, and chasing outstanding documentation. Secure delivery of policy documentation from insurers and check prior to approval and release by Account Executive. Deal with account queries and credit control matters, highlighting any concerns to account managers. Keep track of monthly budget and income numbers. Work in conjunction with your account handler, providing guidance and training. Assist others within your team as required. Comply with professional standards and statutory requirements. About You : Corporate experience and motor fleet experience. Previous experience in the insurance industry, working to targets within a regulated environment. Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent with knowledge of general insurance products and services. Risk-aware in handling customer information with a good customer service focus. Strong planning and analytical skills with high accuracy and attention to detail. Eligible to work in the UK.
