As Head of Product and Solutions, you will play a key role in driving our company’s success by overseeing our product design and solution development for clients. Your responsibilities will cover product ideation, market readiness, and client-facing elements.
Roles & Responsibilities Solution Development:
Design and test innovative propositions with clients.
• Productise solutions and work with Sales on go-to-market strategy.
• Train sales teams on how to effectively sell our solutions.
• Work with new and prospective clients, in workshops and client forums, to support in the growth of existing clients and acquisition of new clients.
Product Management:
• Lead the development and execution of our product strategy.
• Identify market opportunities and set the product vision and roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful go to market strategies and launches.
• Test products and concepts with customer groups to gather feedback and iterate on product improvements.
• Create business cases for new product initiatives.
• Monitor product P&L performance and feed into commercial pricing decision making.
Attract, Assess & Deploy Solutions:
• Build our attract, assess & deploy product proposition for campaign hiring.
• Work with our technology team and partners to build a holistic solution for our clients. • Work with our Operations teams to design solutions considering people, process & technology.
• Collaborate with clients during bidding processes to propose effective solutions. Qualifications and Experience
• Proven experience in product management, solution architecture, or a related field.
• Understanding of the talent, staffing RPO/MSP and/or consultancy market is desirable.
• Excellent communication skills to work with both external and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker, with an ability to understand complex client problems and translate them into simple solutions.
• Familiarity with market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs.
