Salary: Up to £53,200 (pro rata, dependent on experience) plus £3000Welcome Bonus (Welcome Bonus is payable as one payment of£1,500 after completion of one month and one further payment of£1,500 upon completion of your final probation period. Termsand Conditions Apply - (see attached)
Hours: 37.5hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only, (There may be scope for this role to bea full-time contract (52 weeks) if this is your preference, pleaseget in touch to discuss.)

We’relooking for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join ourexpanding team. Holding responsibility within specialist services,you will contribute to bespoke assessment and intervention plansfor the people we support.
About therole

We’re looking foran Occupational Therapist to join us at Outcomes FirstGroup.
The post holder will progress the OTspecific therapeutic services where the needs of individuals varyin levels of functioning, many with a diagnosis of autism as wellas associated needs such as complex and developmental trauma. Needsare complex and require a systemic and formulation-basedapproach.
You will be a part of amulti-disciplinary, well-being and therapeutic services team whichis required to meet the needs of the vulnerable people within ourservices. The team includes Speech and Language Therapists,Psychotherapists, Occupational Therapists and other appropriateprofessionals and services. Someone with a holistic and integratedapproach to care, education and clinical services would be perfectfor this role.
Who are we looking for? We arelooking for a practitioner who has a clear vision of whatoutstanding therapeutic services look like. You would need todemonstrate drive, motivation, resilience and the ability to workwith multi-disciplinary teams.

Essential Criteria:
* Relevant Occupational Therapyqualification
* Registeredwith the HCPC
* Experience inmanaging multi-disciplinary teams
* Experience of working with adults and/orchildren who have an intellectual disability and/or autismwith additional needs (e.g. complex trauma, mental health needs,behaviours of concern)
* Ability to work collaboratively with a range ofkey partners
* Able to worksensitively with people and resolve conflicteffectively
* Evidence ofcontinuing professional development relevant to thesetting
* Substantial andrelevant post-qualification experience withadults.
* Experience oflecturing/teaching/training
* Full valid UK driving licence and access to acar
* Skills in themanagement of data are also important as the role includescollecting and analysing data to inform various pieces of servicedelivery, development and project work.
