Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our busy Finance Office at our Head Office in Kent (Kings Hill). This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong administrative background looking to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced team. What will you be doing? Accurately inputting invoices into the system Filing and maintaining financial documentation Verifying invoice details prior to processing Entering data for staff timesheets Monitoring and responding to emails in shared inboxes Answering incoming phone calls and directing queries appropriately Providing administrative support to both the Finance and Fleet departments What are we looking for? Proven experience in an administrative role Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) Accurate data entry skills with excellent attention to detail Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to manage workload effectively and work as part of a team
