As they continue to grow, they are looking to bring on an Insolvency Administrator to join their close-knit team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in insolvency, and we are also open to considering candidates who are looking to move into the insolvency field for the first time. Key Responsibilities As an Insolvency Administrator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of insolvency cases, working closely with insolvency practitioners and providing administrative support throughout the process. Your key responsibilities will include: Assisting in the day-to-day management of a varied portfolio of insolvency cases (liquidations, administrations, bankruptcies, etc.). Preparing statutory reports, notices, and correspondence to creditors and stakeholders. Conducting investigations into company finances and assets as part of the insolvency process. Communicating with creditors, debtors, and other relevant parties. Liaising with external stakeholders, including banks, solicitors, and valuers. Assisting with the preparation of reports and documents for insolvency practitioners. Monitoring case progression and ensuring all statutory requirements are met within deadlines. Undertaking general administrative duties to support the insolvency team. Skills and Experience Required We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual with the following: Experience : Prior experience as an Insolvency Administrator is highly desirable, but we are also keen to speak with individuals looking to move into the insolvency field who have transferable skills. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Organisation : Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively. Attention to Detail : A keen eye for detail, ensuring accuracy and compliance with insolvency regulations. Team Player : A collaborative mindset, working well within a small team environment.
