We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee and manage mechanical systems for a large-scale commercial project. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, project management experience, and a proven track record of successfully delivering commercial projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities: Manage the mechanical scope of commercial projects from start to finish, including planning, design, procurement, and execution. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution. Develop detailed project schedules and ensure mechanical work is completed within deadlines. Oversee budgeting and cost control to ensure the project stays within financial limits. Supervise and manage mechanical engineers and technicians, providing guidance and support. Review mechanical designs, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met. Resolve technical and construction issues that arise during the project lifecycle. Ensure all project documentation is accurate and up to date, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports. Maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns promptly. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, Mechanical Engineer, or similar role on large-scale commercial projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, and building systems. Experience with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, etc.). Excellent organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and scheduling. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications. Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders. PMP, LEED, or other project management certifications are a plus.
