The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and at least two years of experience working as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home environment. What We’re Looking For Qualifications: Minimum of a Level 3 in Health and Social Care. Experience: At least two years’ experience as a Care Assistant in a residential or nursing home, with experience in dementia and nursing care. Care Planning Knowledge: Understanding of Person-Centred Care Planning principles for residents with dementia and nursing care needs. Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively within a team and independently in a nursing and dementia care environment.
