We’re looking for an experienced and driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of our innovative Customer Experience Platform. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact by driving projects that enhance our digital presence and improve customer engagement.
About the Role
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of allocated projects within the Customer Experience Programme, such as the end-to-end implementation of our new Customer Experience Platform (CEP). This will involve all aspects of the project lifecycle, including planning, procurement, agile team management, implementation and testing, and financial, risk, issue, resource, and quality management to ensure projects deliver on their expected outcomes and benefits.
You will lead cross-organisational teams to ensure that the CRM platform effectively supports business objectives and enhances customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead with Vision: Guide cross-organisational teams to ensure our CRM platform aligns with business objectives and elevates customer experience.
* Drive Success: Oversee the entire project lifecycle of a range of customer-facing technology projects, from planning and development to deployment and continuous improvement.
* Innovate and Improve: Use your expertise to ensure projects are scoped, planned, and managed to deliver exceptional quality, cost-efficiency, and timely results.
* Communicate Effectively: Keep stakeholders informed and engaged throughout the project lifecycle with clear and compelling communication plans.
* Deliver Excellence: Ensure projects are closed effectively and handed over seamlessly to business-as-usual operations.
About You
You will hold a certified accreditation in Project Management at practitioner level (e.g. PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM PPQ), together with either a relevant degree in a technology-related field and/or demonstrable equivalent IT knowledge and experience.
You will need proven experience in CRM system implementation and digital transformation projects, together with strong knowledge of CRM platforms. With experience in a range of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban), you will have demonstrable skills in identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks, as well as tracking budgets, expenses, and forecasting costs. You will need strong analytical skills, with experience in CRM data management and reporting, and be able to drive user adoption through training, support, and change management. You will also be able to demonstrate experience of Local Government Procurement.
