You will play a vital role in supporting volunteers and volunteer managers. This position focuses on fostering engagement and satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and managing key administrative tasks. Opportunities for training and personal development. Hybrid working. Key Responsibilities: Respond to volunteer enquiries, providing accurate information and guidance, and signposting where needed. Support volunteer recruitment by managing communications, coordinating processes, and adhering to safer recruitment practices. Assist in delivering effective volunteering services, including maintaining and updating records on the Association’s database. Manage resources such as certificates and ID cards for volunteers. Work in partnership with the People, Culture, and Inclusion team on agreed administrative tasks. Provide administrative support for volunteer training and events. Generate reports and monitor volunteering services to ensure high standards. Undertake other duties as required, ensuring alignment with the organisation’s values and policies. About You: You’ll bring a friendly and proactive approach to supporting volunteers and managing tasks effectively. Your skills and experience will include: A strong background in delivering high-quality customer service. Excellent verbal and written communication, adaptable to diverse audiences. Solid organisational and planning skills, with attention to detail and meeting deadlines. Experience with database management and accurate data processing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook. A positive, flexible, and collaborative approach to work. Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends when required.
