This role is perfect for a professional who can independently manage a full caseload from initial consultation to conclusion with minimal supervision. Day-to-day Responsibilities: Conduct initial consultations to draft Wills, Trusts, and Powers of Attorney. Manage Executries, ensuring high-level client interaction during sensitive times. Handle all client interactions with utmost sensitivity and professionalism. Keep client records accurate and up to date using various case management systems. Required Skills & Qualifications: A minimum of one year's experience in preparing Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, and managing Executry Administration. Comprehensive knowledge of Inheritance Tax, HMRC Forms, Legal Rights, and Estate Planning concerning residential care costs. Demonstrated ability to interact with clients sensitively and professionally. Proficient in communication, with a professional demeanour in telephone interactions. Skilled in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy in work. Capable of organising and prioritising workload effectively.
