A leading compliance industry player with over 40 years of experience is seeking a Field Operations Manager to join their expanding team. Specialising in Legionella Risk Management, this role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a company that excels in Legionella Control Services.
Field Operations Manager Responsibilities:
1. Analyse nationwide operations and staff performance.
2. Ensure full utilization of field staff, minimizing unproductive time.
3. Develop and implement quality control methods.
4. Set targets and business goals, collaborating with the team to achieve them.
5. Manage budgets and forecasts.
6. Schedule training sessions and workshops for new and existing staff.
7. Develop strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and cost reduction.
8. Enhance operational management systems, processes, and best practices.
9. Monitor field staff KPI’s, performance and perform quality control checks.
10. Support the development and introduction of new field services and products.
11. Produce method statements and risk assessments.
Field Operations Manager Benefits:
12. £40,000 – £50,000 basic salary (D.O.E.)

Field Operations Manager Requirements:
19. A full UK licence is essential for this position.
20. Proven experience as a Legionella Manager or in a similar role.
21. Knowledge of industry guidelines and regulations.
22. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a team.
23. NEBOSH or equivalent qualification.
