Join us as a Global Payroll Manager in our Finance team to oversee and optimise our payroll processes across multiple countries as the Gymshark business extends its reach into new geographies.
This is an amazing opportunity for a Global Payroll professional who has experience in working in a fast paced, scaling environment and can ensure accurate, timely, and compliant payroll operations while leading a small team of payroll specialists alongside third party payroll providers and advisers.
Experience within Sage systems, especially Cloud would be beneficial.

And here's what we are looking for from you:
* Extensive experience in payroll management, with a focus on global payroll operations.
* Strong knowledge of international payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
* Proficient in payroll software and HRIS systems (experience with Sage Cloud preferred).
* Excellent analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and cultures.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Possess strong Microsoft office skills particularly Excel.
