As Head of Customer Success, you will be doing: · Leading, hiring and developing a team of Customer Success Managers · Track, forecast and drive KPI’s · Upselling and expansion · Building and maintaining relationships · The main point of contact for product expertise and escalations · Working very closely with the telesales team As a Head of Customer Success, you will need the following experience: · 5 years as an Account Manager or Customer Success Manager · Experience of implementing digital strategies at scale · Team management.
