As part of a larger Group, they are investing heavily in this side of the business and are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven professional to take it to the next level. This is a huge opportunity for someone who thrives on building something from the ground up and wants to play a key role in shaping a fast-growing division. What’s the Role? We’re looking for someone to take ownership of the entire bathroom brassware category, driving brand growth and expanding its presence across the UK. You’ll be responsible for identifying opportunities and developing strong relationships across: Retail & Showrooms Buying Groups Distributors & Wholesalers Contracts & Specification You’ll be joining a highly ambitious and supportive leadership team, working directly with the MD and SLT, who have big plans for growth over the next 12-24 months. Who Would This Suit? We’re open on background – you could be in a Regional Sales Manager, Business Development, National Account Manager (NAM), Category Manager, or National Sales Manager role and looking for that next big step. We’re looking for someone who: Knows the brassware or bathroom sector inside-out and has a passion for the industry Has a strong commercial mindset and a track record of driving sales and category growth Thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and isn’t afraid to take ownership We are ideally looking for someone who will be based in the North, or from the Midlands up Can build relationships at all levels and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and get stuck in What’s in it for You?
