Summary of the Role
Working as part of the HR and Payroll team, the Payroll Manager will provide expertise and delivery of all payroll related activity across UK and Republic of Ireland. The Payroll Manager has responsibility for ensuring end to end execution of all payrolls are competed accurately, on-time and in line with all contractual and statutory requirements.
Key duties:
1. Provide expertise and support for the end to end payroll and benefits process for circa 2000 colleagues including PAYE, NI, tax codes, CHAPS and BACS, month end and year end for circa 12 payrolls (mix of weekly and monthly) and 5 pension schemes, across different employing entities
2. Deliver all statutory and regulatory requirements such as FPS/EPS submissions, P11d, P60 and financial data requirements
