Vice President, Large Cap Leveraged FinanceIn this role you will focus on structuring, executing, and managing large-cap leveraged buyouts, refinancings, recapitalizations, and other debt-financed transactions. You will act as a trusted advisor to private equity sponsors, corporate clients, and institutional investors, delivering tailored financing solutions and driving complex deal processes from origination to closing.Key ResponsibilitiesDeal Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of leveraged finance transactions, including managing due diligence, financial modelling, credit analysis, and structuring.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with private equity firms, corporate clients, and institutional investors. Serve as a key point of contact and trusted advisor.Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market trends, credit conditions, and competitive dynamics to identify new opportunities and provide actionable insights.Documentation: Oversee the negotiation and review of term sheets, loan agreements, and other transaction-related documentation.Leadership: Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a high-performing team culture. Provide oversight to ensure accuracy, diligence, and quality in all deliverables.Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including M&A, syndications, risk management, and legal, to ensure seamless deal execution and compliance with regulatory standards.What You BringExperience: 6–10 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, investment banking, or related fields, with a strong track record in large-cap transactions.Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modelling, credit analysis, and transaction structuring. Deep knowledge of high-yield bonds, syndicated loans, and related products.Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead transaction teams and mentor junior colleagues.
