The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor with at c.5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in divorce, matrimonial finances, private children matters, and cohabitation disputes.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with a proven track record of managing a varied caseload and providing exceptional client care. You will also play a key role in supervising and mentoring junior team members, ensuring adherence to the firm’s national standards.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Handling a diverse caseload, including:
1. Divorce and separation
2. Matrimonial finances and asset distribution
3. Private children matters, including custody arrangements
4. Cohabitation disputes
2. Supervising and supporting team members to achieve high performance.
3. Maintaining a high standard of client care, with sensitivity to the challenging and time-sensitive nature of family law cases.
4. Meeting deadlines and ensuring efficient time management under pressure.
