Job Description
Provide technical support and oversight to the administration teams responsible for delivering high levels of service across DC/Mastertrusts.
About the role
* Senior level support including checking member and reconciliation cases.
* Advise on complex administration queries and implementing process efficiencies.
* Support administration aspects across transitions projects.
* Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers.
* Work in conjunction with the team to ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality, and within the service levels laid down.
* Escalate any problems, mistakes, backlogs, or issues immediately to the line manager.
About you
* Previous senior level DC pension administration experience.
* Understanding of/experience in DC master trusts.
* Strong pensions knowledge to support compliance.
