This role focuses on curating and delivering impactful digital content while managing online advertising campaigns to drive brand engagement and sales. Role Overview As a Digital Marketer, you will play a key role in executing Burtons’ digital marketing strategy. Your responsibilities will include creating engaging content, managing social media, running online ad campaigns, and optimising website and e-commerce performance. On occasion, you may also contribute to marketing initiatives across the broader Burtons Group. Key Responsibilities & Duties Content Creation & Social Media: Develop engaging content from topics, customer stories, and company achievements for social media platforms. Maintain and adapt brand voices across multiple channels to enhance customer engagement. Schedule, monitor, and evaluate the performance of social media posts and campaigns.[EM1] Create engaging video content following the brand guidelines for a variety of channels O nline Advertising Campaigns: Plan, execute, and optimise online ad campaigns, including Google Ads, paid social media, and shopping campaigns. Create and manage Google Shopping campaigns to promote Burtons' product range. Monitor performance metrics to ensure optimal ROI and adjust strategies as needed. Email Marketing: Utilise Hubspot CRM to design and execute email campaigns that engage and inform. Build targeted audiences and create automated workflows to drive customer interaction and conversions. Website Management: Regularly update and optimise content, products, and promotions on e-commerce sites. Manage pricing updates, implement sales campaigns, and improve user experience to maximise conversions. Collaboration & Campaign Development: Work with team members and other departments to produce high-quality content for digital platforms. Support the launch of new products, promotions, and seasonal campaigns. Customer Engagement: Monitor and respond to customer inquiries on social media promptly and professionally. Build relationships through consistent and engaging communication. Performance Reporting: Analyse and report on the effectiveness of campaigns, providing actionable insights to the Head of Marketing and E-commerce. Ideal Candidate Profile A creative and detail-oriented individual with a passion for digital marketing and storytelling. Experience in managing online ad campaigns, including Google Ads and shopping campaigns, HubSpot CRM, and email marketing tools. Proven experience with building audience growth and engagement across social media platforms. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
