Job Description As a Customer Service Advisor you will be delivering high levels of service so that customers' needs are met and appropriate outcomes are delivered. Through positive engagement you will be ensuring the customers are at the heart of what we do, aiming for first time resolution and positive customer experience. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be: Delivering positive customer experiences throughout the customer journey Clear and transparent in all communication with customers to ensure they understand the current situation Constantly striving to improve the customer experience by challenging existing processes and practices and recommending change where appropriate Managing vulnerable customer cases in order to ensure the most appropriate support is provided Identifying and accurately recording any complaints received from customers and achieve first time resolution Effectively communicating with customers in order to maintain relationships and provide positive customer experiences
