An important aspect of the role is to develop the Club as a Community Hub / Centre, promote the facilities available and identify new opportunities by means of effective marketing, networking and innovative solutions.The Manager will work to ensure the Railway Club is a vibrant, well-managed facility that operates for the benefit of local residents and organisations within a sustainable framework. This role will suit someone that will be self-motivated and can work autonomously.
