What you’ll be doing. As part of a team of 9 Multi-Skilled Carpenters, you'll always have the support you need. Your role will ensure the client's satisfaction through planned maintenance, emergency reactive calls, and project work. As a reactive facilities maintenance business, every day is unique. While we strive to keep you close to home, you'll have the opportunity to explore parts of the South West you may not have seen before. We'll provide you with a van and fuel card for your travels, and our industry-leading software will help you manage your workload effectively. What you’ll need. You’ll be a time-served or qualified carpenter who has previously worked in a field-based multi-site maintenance role, and you’ll have experience with a range of building-related tasks, including general carpentry, repairs to doors, tiling, plastering, and roofing. You’ll be passionate about delivering a first-class service, whatever the challenges. Some sectors we work in involve close contact with vulnerable or young people, so you'll be subject to an enhanced DBS check. You will also need a full UK driving license.
