Adferiad Recovery delivers a flexible and coordinated response to the exceptional circumstances faced by people with co-occurring mental health and substance use conditions and related issues. Vulnerable people facing complex life challenges need consistent and seamless support to ensure they remain engaged with vital health and wellbeing services – and to prevent them becoming disenfranchised and isolated.
Hours: 15 hours a week (x2 positions)
or
30hrs per week (x1 position)
Salary: £26,399.88 (pro rata)
Based at: Llansamlet, Swansea
Role Purpose:
To develop and deliver a range of training, onsite, offsite, and virtually to staff, stakeholders and external professionals related to substance use, mental health and person-centered care.
To develop systems and proformas to ensure that all relevant training and skill development data is collected and recorded efficiently in line with organisational procedures and standards.
Ensure that any accredited courses delivered are conducted within the quality framework of Agored Cymru or other relevant bodies.
Be responsible for the administration and organisation of all courses delivered and ensure that evaluation is completed on all sessions delivered.
To carry out all activities in accordance with Adferiad’s Equal Opportunities Policy.

Travel and overnight stays may be part of this role.
