We are looking for an Administrator who is dedicated to providing outstanding customer service. This role requires someone who is adept at managing multiple tasks in a busy environment and can maintain a high level of organisation and efficiency.
Day to day of the role:
* Manage customer correspondence both verbally and in writing, ensuring clarity and professionalism.
* Provide prompt responses to emails and coordinate engineer call-out requests efficiently.
* Place and track purchase orders with subcontractors, coordinating with sites to schedule the work.
* Maintain and update the client database daily to ensure accuracy.
* Schedule engineers effectively, guaranteeing they have a full workload each day.
* Prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and manage workloads to ensure all tasks are completed.
* Adapt to a fast-paced work environment, handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude.
* Communicate politely and effectively at all levels, providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role with a strong focus on customer service.
* Effective written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to respond quickly and manage time effectively.
* Experience in scheduling and coordinating workloads - preferred but not essential.
* Proficient in maintaining and updating databases.
* Strong prioritisation and organisational skills.
* Capable of multitasking and adapting to a busy work environment.
* A team player with a polite and professional demeanour.
