We are working with a fast-growing client in the financial services sector, who is looking for a Head of Partnerships to drive their expansion within the IFA and Mortgage Advisor space. This brand-new position has been created due to the company's rapid growth, providing a unique opportunity to truly shape the role and the future direction of the business.
The client offers a comprehensive range of competitively priced property insurance solutions, covering both standard and non-standard risks. Their platform is the only one in the market that allows users to quote, compare, click, and buy non-standard property insurance online - completely eliminating the need for external referrals.
As Head of Partnerships, you’ll work remotely with regular attendance at key industry events across the UK. You will develop and execute a strategic sales plan, build high-level partnerships, and expand the company's presence in the market. In the long term, you’ll also have the chance to build and lead your own team, making this a highly influential role with real growth potential.
We’re looking for a well connected professional with deep industry connections in the IFA and mortgage sectors, someone looking to step up into a more senior level position. You’ll be someone who knows how to leverage your network to drive sustainable growth and position the company as a key player in the industry.
This role offers strong growth potential, supported by recent investment, along with a performance-based bonus structure that can deliver up to 25% of your annual salary for meeting key targets.
