The Role: Bodyshop Manager
We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Bodyshop Manager / General Manager who possesses the experience and knowledge of working in the accident repair market, to join a growing repair group, overseeing the daily operations of a very successful repair site.
As a Bodyshop Manager, you will manage the on-site team of experts - Paint Sprayers, Panel Beaters, MET Technicians, Estimators, and all administrative staff (Technicians). Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Entire site management, which includes Health and Safety, Performance Management, Financials, and Customer Service, and setting targets.
2. Ideally familiar with the Autoflow BMS and Audatex estimating system.
3. Leading by example and promoting a positive work ethic.
4. Responsible for recruitment and delivering against key performance indicators with the help of your senior management team.
5. Ensuring Key to Key and CSI targets are met or exceeded.
6. Providing strong leadership to direct reports and all site employees to drive performance and achieve or exceed all financial and operational targets.
7. Understanding the business needs, the accounts, reports, and KPIs.
8. Effectively managing site resources and costs in order to optimize capability and profitability.
9. Monitoring individual productive performance to minimize non-productive time.
10. Establishing, maintaining, and promoting good working relations with key personnel.
11. Holding daily production meetings to ensure work completion targets with team leaders, parts, and reception staff.
12. Actively and efficiently managing work provider and supplier relationships.
13. Dealing with any customer issues.
What we are looking for:

2. A natural leader and someone who possesses excellent people management skills.
3. A high level of business acumen.
4. Results driven.
5. Previous experience of site management within the Accident repair industry.
