About the role
The University is undertaking an exciting programme of work to implement our new Student Record System, SITS. The scope of the programme is focused on providing a modern and flexible student record system with a key emphasis on rationalising and standardising student-related processes. As part of this programme, we are looking for two Business Process Analysts to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for process improvement and business change to work with a progressive and collaborative team on a large change project.
As a Business Process Analyst, you may work across many different strands of work across the student journey (e.g., Admissions, Finance, Students, Assessments) but we will try to primarily align you to a strand that suits your experience and skills.
Key Responsibilities
1. Facilitating workshops and discussions with people across the University to understand existing practices.
2. Learning about the functionality of our new Student Record System.
3. Collaborating with people across the organization to design new processes that align with our project principles.
4. Supporting testing, training, go-live, and early support activities.
This will be a varied role at the heart of one of the University’s most exciting projects and will suit someone with a blend of process improvement and analytical skills and the ability to work collaboratively. Experience of working with SITS would be very desirable.
This is a full-time position working 37 hours per week on a fixed-term basis until 31st December 2025 due to business demand.
We fully support flexible working and will be happy to discuss your preferred option in terms of on-site, hybrid, or remote working.
