You will become part of our team - we all work together to get the job done and provide a great service. We are inclusive and supportive - none of us are perfect but we will try to help however we can!

Step into a supportive start
40 hours per week, over 4 or 5 days a week depending on preference. Saturday mornings (8am-1pm) on a 1 in 3 (initial) to 1 in 6 rota included in hours. No on call or OOH, no BH, no Sundays and no inpatient checks. We know your work/life balance is vital to your wellbeing - we try to accommodate time off requests whenever possible, to ensure you can get to all those important events in your life.
Very experienced, stable Vet team (all over 4 years qualified), no sole charge, 30 minute consults initially and surgical days alongside a second Vet to gain experience safely. Two VetGDP supervisors. Very open and collaborative culture - lots of case discussion. Fabulous nursing and reception teams.
We were Petplan Practice of the Year 2019! We love having EMS students and would be happy to let you speak to any of our previous students/staff so you can get an unbiased view of our practice. We value your time - our aim is to finish on time, every time, and on the rare occasion it doesn’t happen, or you work into your lunch, we will of course give the time back. We believe that you need less stress - a big factor in stress is uncertainty and urgency. By including same day and emergency slots in the diary, we try to ensure there is time to deal with any “extras” that appear. We give you some much needed time to follow up cases, report results and catch up on your notes. As well as your hour for lunch then is an additional 1hr 40mins of time on the diary each day to make sure you can do this.
