We are currently looking for a UK Finance Manager, who will be a pivotal team member as we expand our business in the UK. This role has a 360º vision of the business, partnering with different departments like Sales, Marketing, Logistics, Customer Service, Controlling and Production to enable both Commercial strategy and financial efficiency across the business.

The Role
The UK Finance Manager will be a key partner to Damm UK and will be responsible of developing and implementing financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability, while driving business financial performance through the collaboration with the UK business and the Finance team in HQ (Barcelona).
As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Partner with the Commercial team to define and manage Revenue Management KPIs and Channel Strategy
* Manage P&L and Financial Analysis to identify optimization and value creation opportunities
* Define and implement pricing strategies and conduct assortment analysis to enable optimization
* Elaborate sales reporting and actionable insights for the business and provide regular reporting to the General Manager and Head of the International Business Unit on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Sales, Revenue, and EBITDA.
* Collaborate on the automation of the business and improvement of existing processes to enable operational efficiency and effectiveness.
* Debt control and cashflow management
* Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other key departments to ensure alignment on commercial, financial, and operational goals.
* Assist on annual budget preparation, including setting financial targets, and ensure financial planning and forecasting are integrated with Sales, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams, ensuring a holistic view of the business.
* Control, monitoring, and preparation of the company's financial accounting, including cross-departmental coordination (SAC, Controlling, Factory, etc.) to ensure the integration and reliability of accounting information.
* Coordination of External Audits
* Preparation of Annual Accounts under UK GAAP standards.
* Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
Requirements & Key Competencies
* Must have right to work in the UK
* CIMA Certification
* Minimum 3 years of experience in a Controlling, Finance or Revenue Management position in an FMCG company. Preferably in the beverage category.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the UK market
* Knowledge of Data analytics tools and databases: Nielsen, CGA, Kantar, Euromonitor, etc.
* Strong analytical skills with proven record of use of BI Tools
* Excellent use of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.)
* Excellent communication skill (verbal and written)
* Strong inter-functional leadership capabilities and ability to communicate across various cultures
