The Role As a Senior C# Developer/Architect, you will take ownership of designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing high-performance software solutions that support global IoT services. You'll work across the full stack, utilizing technologies such as C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript, and React. In addition to leading key projects, you will mentor junior developers and play a crucial role in shaping the future of the company's platforms and services. Key Responsibilities Full-stack software development using C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript, and React. Take ownership of key software architecture and design decisions, ensuring scalability and reliability. Optimize and maintain mission-critical software that underpins global IoT operations. Lead projects end-to-end, from planning to deployment, working autonomously or within a team. Mentor and collaborate with colleagues, sharing knowledge and best practices. Identify opportunities for automation, performance improvements, and system enhancements. Keep up to date with new technologies and industry trends to improve software solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. Essential Criteria 2 years of experience in a similar hands-on development role (5 years preferred). Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, SQL, TypeScript, and React. Experience working in a high-scale, production software environment. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to software optimization. Ability to self-manage and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-moving environment. Excellent communication skills, with a track record of mentoring and knowledge-sharing. Ability to design, develop, and troubleshoot software systems with minimal supervision. Desirable Criteria Experience within MVNx/MNO, Roaming, IoT, or Telecommunications industries. Familiarity with Azure, MS-SQL, or cloud-based development environments. Experience in high-availability, distributed, or large-scale software architectures. A proven track record of learning new technologies and adapting to industry changes.
