About the Role: As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a key role in providing tailored support to students with additional learning needs. Working closely with teachers and SENCOs, you will help create an inclusive and engaging learning environment, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to succeed. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small-group support to students with diverse learning needs. Assist teachers in delivering engaging and accessible lessons. Support students with social, emotional, and behavioural challenges, promoting self-regulation and resilience. What We’re Looking For: Previous experience working with children in an educational or support capacity. A genuine passion for helping children with additional learning needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Patience, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships with students. Ability to work collaboratively within a school setting.
